Join us, Vicki Baumann of Yoga with VickiB and me on our Go with the Flow Retreat in beautiful Costa Smeralda, Sardinia.
We are a Retreat which includes Yoga and Meditation, and workshops on Energy Alignment, Essential Oils, Sound Healing and Tuning Fork Workshop.
We are more of a holistic holiday, rather than a full on Yogi Retreat, where abstinence is the focus.
Our guests love participating in Yoga, Meditation and the holistic workshops we provide, as much as they love relaxing by the pool in the sun and swimming in the sea.
We will have a chef to prepare 3 vegetarian meals daily in the Villa. The surroundings are so relaxing and beautiful you won’t want to leave. However there is a local marina, Porto Rotondo, which is a pleasant 10 min walk away, where you can wander around, have a coffee and look in the boutiques.
Piazza San Marco is a small round piazza with cafés and boutiques and is only a 10 minute walk from the villa.
There is an easy path from the villa to the beach. It’s a delightful small sandy beach where you can rent sun beds and umbrellas.
There’s another lovely beach, Spiaggia Ira, which is a 10 minute walk away. It has a sandy beach, easy to reach with crystal clear sea.
We attract women aged between 50 and 70+ who love new experiences, and focus on their self care. Life is busy and it’s a wonderful opportunity to get away relax, replenish and rejuvenate and reconnect with self again.

You could numb yourself with shopping, food, wine, random therapies or book a holiday.
You could do nothing.
Or you could learn to release yourself from distractions and the things you know aren’t good for you.
By taking the time just to BE in the present, allow you to relax and reset before you go back to your busy lives feeling rested and ready to be you again.

Why Me?
Believe me, I’ve tried it all and I know what kind of things help – and which ones don’t. Therefore, I get it. Having had 25 plus years in the Wellbeing industry, I have embraced holistic healing and I know what works. In my previous life, I worked in the Corporate industry so I know how that feels too.
In other words, I can relate 100% to the experiences and challenges you’re facing.
Above all, I know how to guide you through them. AND I know how giving yourself space to rest and relax in a new environment, with other like minded women, can work wonders!

Payment Plan: Deposit of £500 to secure your place.
Payment paid fully in advance, or paid in monthly instalments until June 2026.
Final balance to by paid by JUNE 2026.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Once balance is paid no monies are refundable unless an alternative booking is made to replace you.
A booking agreement for your stay at the villa will be sent to you for your signature and confirmation once your reservation has been made, alongside your deposit request with full payment details.
PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to take out travel insurance which should include a robust cancellation policy as stated in our terms. Please supply us with your travel insurance details at the bottom of our agreement which you will sign and return at point of booking.
